Sev Trek TNG: The picard manoever

I guess this is a dig at the all talk, little action criticism of TNG ;-) I liked the alternate punchline "    
I'll explain later. Meanwhile, set a course for ROMANCE." but that was a little too esoteric (a callback to a Saturday Night Live skit, Love boat the next generation)
